Welcome to Zosia Connect ("the Service"), a real-time, AI-powered translated messaging app operated by Zosia Connect. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Zosia Connect lets users chat across languages with automatic AI translation, voice messages, media sharing, and read-aloud. Features available depend on your subscription plan (Free, Go, Pro).

2. Accounts

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for spam, harassment, illegal content, malware, fraud, or to violate others' rights. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

4. Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans (Go, Pro) are billed via our crypto payment processor. Prices are shown before purchase. Plans renew for the period you select. "Unlimited" plan limits are subject to a fair-use policy to prevent abuse; normal personal use is never restricted.

5. Translation accuracy

Translations are generated by AI and may not be perfect. The Service is provided for general communication and should not be relied upon for legal, medical, or other critical translations.

6. Content

You retain ownership of the messages and media you send. Message text is encrypted in transit and at rest; we process it server-side only to provide translation. We do not sell your content.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be discontinued.

8. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Zosia Connect is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
