Refund Policy

Zosia Connect offers digital subscription plans (Go, Pro) paid in cryptocurrency. This policy explains refunds.

1. Free trial

Every user can use the Free plan at no cost to evaluate the Service before paying. We recommend trying it before upgrading.

2. Refund window

If a paid plan does not work as described, contact us within 7 days of payment at support@zosiaconnect.online. If the issue is on our side and unresolved, we will refund the unused portion of the current billing period.

3. Non-refundable cases

Refunds are not provided for: change of mind after significant use, violations of our Terms leading to suspension, or normal AI translation variance.

4. Crypto refunds

Approved refunds are returned in the same cryptocurrency to the wallet used for payment. The refunded amount equals the paid amount; network fees and exchange-rate fluctuations between payment and refund are not covered.

5. How to request

Email support@zosiaconnect.online with your account email and the payment/transaction ID. We respond within 2 business days.
